NO WIN, NO FEE

Our fee follows
your recovery.

No recovery, no collection commission. Clear terms before we start.

Understand the agreement.

We review the balance, the records, the age of the debt and the circumstances before proposing a collection commission. You receive the rate and scope in writing before instructing us.

Collection commission is charged on money recovered under your agreement. Where only part is recovered, commission applies to the recovered amount, as set out in that agreement.

Clear on the details.

What if nothing is recovered?+

No collection commission is due. Separately approved legal and third-party costs remain subject to the terms you agreed.

Does this include court action?+

No win, no fee refers to our collection commission. Solicitor fees, court fees and enforcement costs are separate where applicable and require your prior approval.

Can you guarantee recovery?+

No. The outcome depends on the debt, available evidence, any dispute and the debtor’s financial position.

Will the debtor pay your commission?+

Your fee agreement with us is separate from any costs recoverable from the debtor. We do not promise that all collection fees will be recoverable.
